Glenn Allen Young, 74, of rural Francisco passed away on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at his home surrounded by his family.

He was born on March 7, 1942 in Francisco, IN to Wayne and Lucy (Parr) Young.

He retired in 1998 from Francisco State Bank after 32 years, serving as Director, President and CEO. He later retired from his own home care remodeling business. He was a member of the Fairview Church, where he was also a teacher and the Sunday School Superintendent. He was a 50 year member of the Francisco Lions Club, 50 year member of Princeton Masonic Lodge, and a member of the Patoka Valley Longrifles.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Marilyn (Clem) Young; 3 children, Angela (Jeffrey) Henn, Laura (Eric) Kruse and Rachel (Joshua) Johnson; 9 grandchildren; brother, Lyle Young; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother & sister-in-law, Devin (Frances) Young; sister-in-law, Barbara Young; and brothers-in-law, Larry and Darwin Clem.

Funeral Services will be held at 10 am on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at Fairview Presbyterian Church, CR 450 East at CR 50 North, Princeton, IN 47670, officiated by Rev. Jerry Wibert. Burial will follow in the Fairview Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 until 8 pm on Friday at the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton.
